we've sold about 60 of these helicopters and this was the first time someone said one was defective!

This person flies the helicopter, then CRASHES it and then lies about the fact that it was defective!

They said it crashed because the connecting buckle was missing, well, guess what, IT FLIES FINE WITHOUT IT, AND WE TESTED THIS!
therefore, her story is made up!






Buyer sends us this message:

Hi. My son received the helicopter today and is very excited about it. However, after the first flight we discovered a critical part was missing. The helicopter arrived with the balance bar installed. It looked ready to go. However, during the first flight the balance bar broke. It seems it arrived with only one connect buckle rather than two. Becase of this missing part, the balance bar is broken. Would you please send a new balance bar and the missing connect buckle? Thank you.

We respond:

Just for experimentation, I disconnected one of the connecting buckles from the helicopter and flew it, and it flew absolutely fine, the balance bar was in no jeopardy.
In fact, I noticed no difference in the way it flies with one buckle off, because the bar is held firmly in place in the middle. The only way the top balance bar would break is if the helicopter crashed on it due to user error. Also, I suspect, even though I haven't tried, that the helicopter could even be flown with the balance bar removed.

The above means that your story is untrue and frankly, in my opinion, immoral.
